Authorize the NH Department of Corrections (NHDOC) to accept and expend funds from the New Hampshire Department of Justice (NHDOJ), made available through a Victims of Crime Act sub grant, in the amount of $55,317.53 for the provision of Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE®) system. Effective upon Governor and Council approval June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Transfer from other Agencies.
