Authorize the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA), under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, to award a grant to the County of Grafton, (VC:177397) 3855 Dartmouth College Highway, Box, 1, North Haverhill, New Hampshire, in the amount of $673,550 for the purpose of supporting three organizations to provide microenterprise training and technical assistance, direct grants and down payment assistance, and lending capital to micro businesses, upon Governor and Council approval for the period effective through December 31, 2027. 100% federal funds.
