Authorize the Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA), under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, to award a grant to the County of Cheshire (VC#225773) 12 Court Street, Keene, New Hampshire 03431, in the amount of $500,000 on behalf of Keene Day Care (KDC) to support the Keene Day Care Center Facility Improvements project located at 88 Wood Street, Keene, New Hampshire, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2028. 100% federal funds.
