Authorize the Department of Transportation to enter into a contract based on a single bid received with Encore Holdings, LLC of Pawtucket, RI, in the amount of $30,000.00 for Inspection, Testing, Service and Repair of Fire Alarm Systems for the Department’s five covered bridges, located in Conway, Jackson, Plymouth, Hancock-Greenfield, and Cornish-Windsor, VT, from the date of Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2029. 31.7% Federal funds, 5.1% Intra Agency, 2.6% Agency Income and 60.6% Highway funds.
