1. Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with William P Daivs Excavation, LLC of Hampton, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $2,484,943.75 for the replacement of a stone box culvert that conveys the Little River under US 1 in North Hampton (Project: North Hampton #43938), from the date of Governor and Council approval through August 27, 2027, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 2. Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $248,494.38 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may arise during the construction of the project. The contingency requested is 10% of the contract amount. 100% Federal Funds.
