1. Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a parcel of State-owned land directly to Birchwood Homes LLC, for $215,000 with the Bureau assessing an administrative fee of $1,100. The parcel, consisting of 0.53 ± acres of improved land, is located on the easterly side of Hawk Road in the Town of Conway in the County of Carroll. The subject parcel is identified as a portion of Tax Map 219 Lot 260.1 (previously Tax Map 219 Lot 255). 2. The Bureau further requests authorization to compensate Pinkham Realty (Pinkham Realty) from the proceeds of the sale a 5% commission fee of $10,750 for real estate services, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval.
