Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell 6.13 ± acres of State-owned land situated on the Madison and Conway Town lines, within the former Conway bypass corridor in the County of Carroll. The sale will be directly to Marc V. Ohlson, who has agreed to purchase the land at fair market value for $17,000. An administrative fee of $ 1,100 will be assessed effective upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council.
