Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way (Bureau) to renew the shoreline 5-year littoral lease agreement with Paul and Brenda Reed, Trustees of the Reed Family Revocable Trust, in the amount of $10,632.50 with an annual lease amount of $2,126.50. The lease will be for five years, effective August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2031, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval.
