Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to renew the shoreline 5-year littoral lease agreement consisting of 75 linear feet of shoreline along Lake Winnipesaukee, adjacent to Route 11 in the Town of Alton, to Ruth M. Webb, Trustee of the Ruth M. Webb Revocable Trust (Lessee). The term of the lease will be five years, effective August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2031. The annual lease amount is $3,189.75, effective upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council.
