Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Sargent Corporation of Orono, ME on the basis of a low bid of $1,318,625 for replacement of two (2) 18” Reinforced Concrete Pipe culverts conveying tidal flows under Squamscott Road in Stratham, from the date of Governor and Council approval through June 4, 2027, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds.
