Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to retroactively award a grant to the City of Lebanon, NH, for AIP 78, for the future obstruction removal for Runway 18/36, Phase 1, to acquire avigation easement for the Runway 36 approach at the Lebanon Municipal Airport. State and Federal participation in the amount of $115,829 is effective upon Governor and Council approval through May 21, 2030. 97.4% Federal Funds, 2.6% State Funds.
