Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to renew the shoreline 5-year littoral lease agreement with Timothy and Theresa Jordan Family Trust (Lessee), in the amount of $6,592.15 with an annual lease amount of $1,318.43. The lease will be five years, effective August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2031, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval.
