Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way petition for a hearing to replace the culvert carrying an unnamed stream under NH Route 10, located a half mile south of Wilder Dam in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Further authorize a Commission of Three Persons to be appointed by the Governor with the advice of the Executive Council to hold a hearing and determine whether there is an occasion for the project.
