Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with First Data Government Solutions, LP, Brookfield, WI for the continued operation of an Electronic Visit Verification System for Medicaid personal care services and home health care services, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $698,000 from $1,700,000 to $2,398,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
