Authorize to enter into a contract with Pivto Digital Learning, LLC, Saint Louis, MO, in the amount of $315,000 to develop, implement, and evaluate a competency-based training program aimed at educating, training and expanding a robust and competent workforce for the New Hampshire Rapid Response crisis system. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four years. 100% Federal Funds
