Authorize David Coughlan’s request to perform work on Lake Winnipesaukee in Moultonborough pursuant to NH Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) Wetlands Bureau permit #2026-00604, and in accordance with RSA 482-A:3. No comments were submitted by the Moultonborough Conservation Commission regarding the project as proposed.
