Authorize to retroactively amend a contract with Verdantas LLC of Manchester, NH to provide engineering and technical support services for the Wastewater Engineering Bureau, by extending the completion date to December 31, 2026, from December 31, 2025. Effective retroactive to December 31, 2025, upon G&C approval. This is a no-cost amendment. The original contract was approved on March 12, 2025, Item #65, archived document .
