Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to grant an access point through the Controlled Access Right-Of-Way located approximately 3,000 feet north of the intersection with West Forest Lake Road on the northerly side of NH Route 116 in the Town of Bethlehem, NH. The sale will be made directly to Michael Carbonneau at a fair market value of $2,500, and the Bureau will assess a $1,100 administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval.
