A meeting will include a public hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. under RSA 162-I with regard to the recommendation of the Business Finance Authority of the State of New Hampshire (the “Authority”) with regard to the proposed issuance of not more than $100,000,000 of its revenue bonds, as taxable bonds (the “Bonds”), the proceeds of which will be used by NH CleanSpark Borrower Trust 2026-1, a New Hampshire investment trust (the “Borrower”) as follows: (i) to finance the acquisition of digital currency in the form of Bitcoin by the parent of the Borrower, NH CleanSpark Guarantor 1, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; and (ii) to pay certain expenses incurred in connection with the issuance of the Bonds.
