Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Bonterra Tech LLC, Austin, TX, to continue providing service and maintenance to the Home Visiting Data System, by increasing the price limitation by $132,968.50 from $1,102,884.94 to $1,235,853.44 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
