Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Bamboo Health, Inc. Louisville, KY, to add funding for the continued operation of the AWARxE software used by the New Hampshire Prescription Drug Monitoring Program, by increasing the price limitation by $215,000 from $3,642,750 to $3,857,750 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval.
