Authorize to enter into a zero dollar sole source Use of Premise Agreement with NFI North, Inc., Contoocook, NH, to permit the use of a State-owned building at 121 South Fruit Street, Concord, NH for the purpose of operating a transitional housing program. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2031, with the option to renew for up to five additional years.
