Authorize to amend an existing contract with Delta Dental Plan of New Hampshire, Inc., Concord, NH, to continue providing dental services to eligible and enrolled Medicaid members age 21 and older through Adult Dental Care Management Program, by increasing the price limitation by $18,531,989 from $70,063,428 to $88,595,417 with no change to the contract completion date of March 31, 2028. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval.
