Authorize to amend an existing contract with Amoskeag Health, Manchester, NH, to continue to provide specialty services for children with medical complexity and to add in services for Child Development Services to children from birth through five years of age, and their families, who the Department has determined or suspects are at risk for altered or delayed developmental progress, and by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $492,500 from $1,460,000 to $1,952,500, and extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
