Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH, in the amount of $1,499,410 to assist the Division for Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) with the medical evaluation and diagnosis of child abuse or neglect. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 8% Federal Funds, 92% General Funds
