Authorize to enter into sole source amendments to existing cooperative project agreements with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 20, 2026 for the child welfare tuition partnership that provides educational opportunities in the field of social work to qualified current and future employees of the Division for Children, Youth and Families by exercising contract renewal options, by increasing the total price limitation by $472,096 from $525,234 to $997,330 and extending the completion dates from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2028. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval.
