Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc., Columbia, MD, for continued Youth Counselor Staffing Support for Sununu Youth Services Center (SYSC), by increasing the price limitation by $1,300,000 from $5,196,720 to $6,496,720 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval.
