Authorize to enter into a contract with the New Hampshire Harm Reduction Coalition, Dover, NH, in the amount of $400,000 to provide targeted public health strategies that reduce the rate of substance misuse and infectious disease complications. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% General Funds (Governor’s Commission)
