Authorize to enter into a contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc., Bow, NH, in the amount of $8,423,782 to coordinate Student Assistance Programs (SAP) that support substance misuse prevention, early intervention, referral and support activities for students statewide. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 34% Federal Funds, 18.5% General Funds, 47.5% Other Funds (Opioid Abatement Trust Fund)
