Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., Berlin, NH, in the amount of $3,497,410 to provide public guardianship services for individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities and/or adults requiring protective services. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2031, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. 100% General Funds
