Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Southern New Hampshire Services Inc. d/b/a Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties, Manchester, NH, in the amount of $3,433,504 to provide resource and referral services for NH Child Care Programs and families to access and secure high quality early childhood and school age child care. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 100% Federal Funds
