Authorize, pursuant to the provisions of RSA 9:16-a, Transfers Authorized, RSA 9:16-c, Transfer of Federal Grant Funds, RSA 14:30-a, VI, Additional Revenue, and RSA 9:17-a, III, Limitations, to transfer general funds in the amount of $4,233,089 between various class lines, increase and decrease Federal revenues resulting in a net increase of $4,965,198, increase and decrease Other revenues with a net increase of $1,499,311. The transfers and adjustments are detailed in the letter dated May 27, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 19, 2026.
