Authorize to enter into subgrants with the subrecipients listed below, in an amount not to exceed $233,869 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Grant Program for the purpose of providing evidence-based treatment and related services to those that have been incarcerated with substance use disorders (SUD). Effective upon G&C approval, through their respective grant period end dates as detailed in the letter dated May 28, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
