Authorize to enter into a subgrant with the New Hampshire Public Defender, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $50,000, from the United States Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program (Byrne JAG) appropriation for the purpose of supporting a social worker to work with defendants in drug-related cases. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2026, whichever is later through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
