Authorize to amend an existing subgrant with Somersworth Police Department, Somersworth, NH for the Comprehensive, Opioid, Stimulant, Substance Abuse Site-based Program (COSSAP) from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance for the purpose of continuing to fund enhancements to the Prevention, Enforcement, and Treatment Program (PET), by increasing the price limitation by $82,000 from $105,439 to $187,439, with no change to the completion date of September 30, 2026.
