Authorize, pursuant to RSA 14:30-a, VI, to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $100,000 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, BJA FY25 Strengthening the Medical Examiner-Coroner System Program (Strengthening the Medical Examiner Program) for the purpose of purchasing X-Ray imaging equipment for the Office of Chief Medical Examiner. Effective upon G&C through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 19, 2026. (2) Further authorize, upon approval of Requested Action #1, pursuant to the provisions of RSA 9:16-a, I, to transfer funds in the amount of $224,000 for the purpose of purchasing X-Ray imaging equipment for the Office of Chief Medical Examiner. Effective upon G&C through June 30, 2027. 100% General Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 19, 2026.
