Authorize the Aquatic Resources Mitigation Fund Program (ARM Fund) to enter into a grant agreement with LWM Residential LLC, Hanover, NH, totaling $282,876 for the purpose of restoring and enhancing aquatic resource and functions along the Mascoma River in Lebanon, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2032. Fishing is a permissible use on the land. Hunting is not a permissible use on the property due to its proximity to residential areas. 100% ARM Funds
