Authorize the Aquatic Resources Mitigation Fund Program (ARM Fund) to enter into a grant agreement with the Francestown Land Trust of Francestown, NH totaling $159,895 for the purpose of acquiring and permanently protecting a 16.6-acre parcel in Francestown, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2032. Fishing and hunting will be permissible on the property. 100% ARM Funds
