Authorize to approve a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loan agreement with Wade Farm Condominium Association, Newmarket, NH in the amount not to exceed $813,900 to finance water system improvements, subject to conditions as outlined in documents substantially in the form presented, under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and N.H. Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% DWSRF Repayment Funds. (2) Further authorize to award a grant to Wade Farm Condominium Association, Newmarket, NH, in the amount not to exceed $241,850 for drinking water system improvements.
