Description
Authorize to amend a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan agreement with the Town of Greenville, NH to increase the loan amount by $400,000, from $600,000 to $1,000,000 for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements-Chemical Feed Building project, under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and N.H. Code of Admin. Rules Env-Wq 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. The original loan agreement was approved on May 21, 2025, Item #109, archived document . 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
