Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to accept and expend Department of Military Affairs and Veteran Services funds in the amount of $5,000 to provide trail management expertise and maintenance operations for an existing hiking trail located at the NH National Guard’s Edward Cross Training Complex located in Pembroke, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2029. DNCR will receive funds without any explicit covenants, restrictions or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, or other recreational activities. Applicable local and state laws will govern such activities.
