Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to budget and expend prior year carry forward from the Grant in Aid Program dedicated fund in the amount of $3,000,000 for the purpose of funding issuance of grants to support trails maintenance. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Other Funds (Transfers from Fish & Game). Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 19, 2026.
