Authorize to amend an agreement with New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority Manchester, NH, by increasing the funding amount by $1,755,958 from $2,284,698 to $4,040,656, with no change to the completion date, in order to reallocate de-obligated ARPA SFRF funds to use for affordable housing purposes throughout the State.
