Authorize to amend the existing sole source contract with Southwestern Community Services, Inc., Keene, NH, by increasing the price limitations by $906,864 from $4,365,868 to $5,272,732 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through remaining regular program year funds, from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families.
