Authorize to amend the existing sole source contract with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Dover, NH,by increasing the price limitations by $488,985 from $2,336,228 to $2,825,213 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through remaining regular program year funds, from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2027. There is no time extension being requested for this contract.
