Authorize to amend the existing sole source contract with Community Action Program Belknap and Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH, by increasing the price limitations by $933,162 from $4,470,784 to $5,403,946 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through remaining regular program year funds, from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2027. There is no time extension being requested for this contract.
