Authorize to enter into a retroactive grant agreement amendment with Upper Valley Land Trust, Hanover, NH by extending the completion date from April 30, 2026 to April 30, 2027 to complete the preservation of 18.7-acres. Effective retroactively to April 30, 2026 upon approval through April 30, 2027. This is a no cost time extension. Public hunting and fishing will not be allowed on the Barrett-On The River Farm as it is an active dairy farm.
