Authorize the Department of Information Technology, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Glencliff Home, to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract with MatrixCare, Inc., Bloomington, MN, to continue providing hosting, operations support, and maintenance of Glencliff Home’s Electronic Health Record, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $51,138 from $50,376 to $101,514 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2028.
