Authorize to enter into a sole source contract amendment with The Atom Group, LLC, Portsmouth, NH by increasing the price limitation by $1,166,143 from $2,158,305 to $3,324,448, and extending the completion date from December 31, 2028 to December 31, 2030, for the purpose of continuing the Municipal Cyber Defense Program to provide Cyber Security Training and Exercise services to Municipalities, K-12 SAUs, Local Utility Commissions, and State Agencies throughout the State of New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval.
