Authorize the New Hampshire Fish and Game (NHFG) and the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (DOT) to enter into an Interagency Transfer of Management Responsibility Agreement for a parcel of land located along Squamscott Road. The impact areas on the parcel are identified in the DOT plan entitled “Town of Stratham Right-of-Way Layout Plans” dated December 1, 2025. The requested Transfer of Management Responsibility Agreement is effective upon approval by the G&C and signatures from both NHFG and DOT.
